All In PM Prep — Military Growth Survey

Hey, it’s Scott.

You already know the mission: right now we’re helping around 150 Army and Air Force students a year get their PMP. I want to more than double that — 200+ MORE military students next year. Not because of the numbers. Because nobody serves the people who serve like we do, and there are thousands of soldiers and airmen out there grinding through garbage prep programs, memorizing flashcards, failing exams, and thinking it’s their fault.

You’ve been through our system. You know what makes it different. And you know the military world in a way I never will.

So before we meet Wednesday, I need your brain on paper. Take 15 minutes. Don’t polish your answers — I want real, specific, in-your-own-words stuff. The rougher and more honest, the better.

Let’s go.

Part 1: Your Journey

1. Were we your first PMP prep provider — or did you try somebody else first? Who?

2. How did you find that first provider?

3. Why didn't it work with them — and what made you come find us instead of just quitting?

4. How did you find us? Tell me the specific moment.

Part 2: The Pitch

5. When you tell another soldier or airman about us, what do you actually say?

6. What makes our approach click for military people specifically?

7. What's the biggest hesitation a military person would have about signing up with us — and how would you answer it?

Part 3: The Terrain

8. Where do Army and Air Force folks actually learn about the PMP and credentialing money?

9. Who are the gatekeepers — and which ones can you reach?

Part 4: The Plan

10. You've got 60 days to get 10 military people signed up using only your own network and credibility. Walk me through exactly what you'd do.

11. How do we make this repeatable so military students come to us month after month?

12. What's one thing we could build or offer that would be absolutely irresistible to military folks?

Part 5: The Bet

13. Short-Term Bet: If we could only do ONE thing in the next 90 days to get military students in the door, what should it be?

14. Long-Term Bet: What's the ONE thing we should start building now that pays off for years?

15. If I could only fund and focus on ONE of your two answers above, which one would you choose and why?

Part 6: Your Part

16. What role are you personally willing to play in the next 60 days?

17. Anything else I should know? Anyone else I should talk to? (Optional)
